2. Service Requests & ChargesAny modification to the digital delivery of the course is subject to the following administrative charges

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- At Swapnil Patni Edutech Limited, our focus is complete customer satisfaction.
- Eligibility: Refunds or cancellations are only considered if: The content received significantly differs from the official course description.
- Technical issues prevent the software from running on a laptop that meets the required system configurations after all troubleshooting efforts by our technical team have failed.
- Process: Refunds are initiated only after the return shipment of study materials is received and verified by our warehouse.
- Payment: Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Bank Account/Gateway) after the deduction of applicable taxes and administrative charges.
- Books: Orders for physical books cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed.
